Welcome to Woodgate Nursery

Woodgate Nursery is an Ofsted registered childcare provider for children ages two to four years, providing care and education for children during term time. We create a stimulating and challenging environment for the children based on first-hand experience with activities which are meaningful and relevant.

We provide high quality care where young children can learn through play in a caring, friendly and safe environment.

Our Nursery runs with both morning and afternoon sessions, morning sessions from 8:30am - 11:30am and afternoons being 12pm - 3pm.

Our Term :

This terms learning goals are:

- Building positive relationships with key workers and peers
- Encouraging independence with self care
- Extending communication and language through play experiences
- Developing fine motor/gross motor skills both inside and outside

Wed : Water & Milk, Sweetcorn.
Thur: Water & Milk , mandarins.
Fri : Water & Milk, Bread sticks.

Week Two -
Mon: Water & Milk, Pineapple.
Tue : Water & milk, Tinned peach.
Wed : Water & Milk, Crackers & Cheese Spread.
Thur : Water & Milk, Sweetcorn.
Fri : Water & Milk, Cheese Straws.

TERM TIMES

Autumn term - Nursery opens 2nd of September 2024 Til 18th of October 2024 (half term break 21st October - 28th October)
nursery reopens, 28th of October til the 20th of December 2024.
Christmas break - 23rd of December til the 3rd of January 2025.

Spring Term - Nursery opens 6th of January til the 14th of February. Half term break, 17th of February til the 21st of February. Nursery reopens 24th of February til the 11th of April 2025. Easter break, nursery will be closed from the 14th of April til the 25th of April.

Summer Term - Nursery reopens on the 28th of April til the 23rd of May 2025. Bank Holiday on the 5th of May Nursery will be closed. Half Term: the 26th of May til the 30th of may 2025 (Nursery Closed)
Nursery reopens on the 2nd of June 2025.

The last day of Nursery will be the 11th of July 2025.
